Allow 1 business day for processing.

Standard delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery is free on orders of R2,500 or more.

Express delivery: available for eligible major city centres. Allow 1 business day for processing, followed by delivery on the next business day after dispatch.

Pre-orders and mixed orders

Physical stock depends on your selected size, colour and item. Backorders are always accepted. Pre-orders typically take 10–15 working days from the date you order. Your order may arrive sooner if stock is already on its way, but earlier delivery is not guaranteed.

If your order includes both stocked and pre-order items, we wait until all items are available and send them together by default. Split delivery can be arranged on request; please contact us to confirm the arrangement and any courier charges.

If you prefer to use Uber Package for collection, we can accommodate this request; however, you will need to arrange the booking.
