Order Processing
Allow 1 business day for processing. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of R2,500 or more.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. The one-business-day processing allowance comes before dispatch.
Express Shipping
Choose express shipping where available at checkout. Allow 1 business day for processing, followed by delivery on the next business day after dispatch to eligible major city centres.
Regional areas may require an additional business day.
Pre-Orders
Physical stock depends on your selected size, colour and item. Backorders are always accepted.
Pre-orders typically take 10–15 working days from the date you order. Your order may arrive sooner if stock is already on its way, but earlier delivery is not guaranteed.
If your order includes both stocked and pre-order items, we wait until all items are available and send them together by default. Split delivery can be arranged on request; please contact us to confirm the arrangement and any courier charges.
